What does a local lead generation network give you?
You get a page for each town you cover, carrying your name and written for that town. When people search Google for your trade or service there, they find those pages, and every enquiry goes to you.

What does the £300 cover?
The £300 + VAT onboarding fee pays for three pieces of groundwork, all done before anything is built.
- Research on your service and the area you cover.
- Your network plan: which towns, which pages and which domains.
- A check of your brand facts, so every page says the right things about your business.
If we cannot build a network that fits your service and area, you get everything you paid, £360 (£300 + VAT), back in full. The details are in the onboarding fee terms.
What happens after you pay?
Within one working day we contact you to book your onboarding call. Then we research and plan your network, and nothing more is charged until you agree the monthly fee.

How much is the monthly fee?
It is agreed with you before any build starts, which is why there is no figure on this page. Nothing beyond the £300 + VAT onboarding fee is charged until you agree it.
Who owns the sites?
FatRank builds and runs the sites, and every lead they bring in goes to you. What you keep if you leave is not fixed yet. It is listed with the other open points in the onboarding fee terms.
Will I be the only one in my trade and area?

Is VAT included in the £300?
No. The onboarding fee is £300 + VAT, which is £360 in total with VAT at 20%.
How soon will I get leads?
We do not promise a date. Your network goes live with your 10 to 15 most important towns, then adds 1 or 2 town pages a day.
What if you cannot help my business?
If we cannot build a network that fits your service and area, you get everything you paid, £360 (£300 + VAT), back in full. The refund is set out in the onboarding fee terms.

What happens to my details?
Stripe takes your payment on its own checkout page. What we keep, and why, is in the privacy notice.
